Seamless Paper

I'm taking the plunge finally and going seamless paper. I am looking to order it by tonight. What colors would you suggest? I was thinking the basics: black, white, and gray. Also what size to most of you use? I was thinking 107" because my background stand is a little longer than 9 foot. Any suggestions would be appreciated. THANKS!
